PHPCounter comes with several plugins by default. If you want to write custom analysis plugins, you can do that using PHP. The best way to learn how is to look at the code of the bundled plugins. Once you have a plugin, simply place it into the plugins directory found in the PHPCounter installation folder and it will get detected automatically.
